Rediscovering people, places and traditions: a story of stories


Fieldwork conducted in the context of the Gastrocert project created the opportunity to meet people involved, in different ways, in the world that revolves around traditional agricultural and food productions. As a result of those encounters, an article was born. It presents the reflections derived from seven, in-depth, personal interviews on traditions around wine, fish and cheese making across the province of Reggio Calabria, in South Italy.
