Memories of Mallaig, in their own words

 

It was 2017. In the context of the Gastrocert Project (Gastronomy and Creative Entrepreneurship in Rural Tourism), I spent a couple of months in Mallaig, Scotland. I had committed to collect data on the professional relationships existing among fishermen in Mallaig. I also had the chance to collect "stories".
